In April I made a connection. Now, two months later, the connection is as if it was never there.

On almost a daily basis, I have been working my design magic on one of their businesses. They have a vision and though I might not understand all aspects of it, I want to see it come to fruition.

The stars have never aligned for me. I don’t have overflowing funds. I don’t have important connections. How can I back this amazing person? The only thing I know to do is help them by talking it through and/or use design where I can to enhance the outcome. So that’s what I tried my best to do.

Then a wall went up. Did I do something? Did I say something? Did me asking questions make them to feel like I don’t believe they can do this? Have they lost their trust in me?
